Fianchetto Realty Development Corporation originally started as CM Iligan Realty Development Corporation in 1967. It was established by chess player and patron Cesar M. Iligan, who had more than 40 years of solid realty experience behind him. Initially working as a contractor for low-cost subdivision projects up to 1991 and eventually building more than 750 housing units as a contractor, CM Iligan Realty Development Corp ventured into land development with its very first project, the Nuestra Señora located in Malabon City. This was followed by another Nuestra Señora land development project in Valenzuela City. Soon thereafter, it started to serve other business models by serving as Project Managers for King’s Villa Housing Project located also in Valenzuela City.

The company has since been consistently developing townhouse projects from 1997, with an elegant 20 unit townhouse projects in Balintawak, Quezon City exclusively marketed for the Filipino-Chinese community and up to the time of its turning point in its corporate life.
